FrontRow was asked to review Audi Centre Sydney’s corporate hospitality calendar of events and redesign it to engage, delight and WOW a range of the Audi Centre Sydney’s top clients – from the R8 driver through to the A4 driver.
Having strategically reviewed the needs and wants of the Audi Centre Sydney, FrontRow recommended that less was more – there would be less events, but done better – offering truly unique, one of a kind experiences.
FrontRow organised a beautifully presented, Audi Centre Sydney branded private suite at Allianz Stadium for 20 of their top clients to watch HSBC’s Sydney 7’s. Action aplenty, sell-out crowds and big names – it provided guests with a truly unique experience.
Not only providing tickets to the private suite, guests were transported to and from the event, treated to a gourmet dinner, drinks and canapes, and got to mingle in person with Jarryd Hayne – an Audi Ambassador. All guests were given branded gifts too.
The ultimate Trans-Tasman rivalry, where the Australian Wallabies face the New Zealand All Blacks in the World Cup Final rematch all rugby fanatics had been waiting for. Again, FrontRow organised a specially branded private suite for the Audi Centre Sydney at ANZ Stadium. Inviting 20 top tier clients, guests received a delectable meal and drinks, transport to and from the venue and received Wallabies scarves as gifts for attending.
It’s the race that stops the nation. Organising an exclusive table of ten, guests got to experience all the excitement of Melbourne Cup Day in the Directors’ Room – on the winning post at Randwick Racecourse, with unrivalled views of the home straight. Wined and dined by gourmet chefs, guests were also equipped with tickets to the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II grandstand.
FrontRow delivered a boutique event for over 200 people on The Island in Sydney Harbour. Moored off Taronga Zoo in Athol Bay, the Island was transformed into an Audi-branded exclusive nightclub. With guests departing in an exclusively tendered boat from Man o’ War Steps near the Opera House, they arrived to an exquisite escape.
With nearly every visual aspect on the Island rebranded specifically to promote the Audi Centre Sydney – from the bar, life rings, media wall and red bunting, the event was sophisticated yet market savvy. All guests were treated to a sensational seafood smorgasbord and canapes, good music with a highly sought after DJ and access to the tendered boat so they could come and go as they please.
An event fit for a king – FrontRow designed an intimate dinner at Victor Churchill (also known as the most beautiful butcher shop in the world).
Decking out the venue with red carpet, Audi Centre Sydney branded menus and steak knives, guests were greeted with Charles Heidsieck champagne, and experienced an exquisite 10 course meat degustation with matched Henschke Wines; giving guests an evening of theatre, luxury and pure indulgence. All guests also received Victor Churchill branded aprons and a trio of oils, salt and mustard combinations – a speciality of the venue.
FrontRow produced a truly exceptional calendar of corporate hospitality events. Each boasting unique, tailored and boutique experiences, the events delivered Audi Centre Sydney 100% attendance and gave the team more opportunities to liaise with their target market on a more personal level.
