Cisco is a foundation client of FrontRow’s. Having looked after their corporate hospitality needs since 2003, every year presents another challenge and opportunity to exceed expectations.
With the goal to reward current clients and incentivise other clients to work with Cisco in the future, FrontRow was required to pull together two corporate hospitality events that would offer money-can’t-buy experiences.
The first event was the sponsorship of the Bird Cage at Crown Oaks Day. FrontRow negotiated the sponsorship contract with Victoria Racing Club and Cisco. From there the FrontRow team planned and delivered the event and all its requirements.
By sponsoring the Bird Cage, Cisco guests had an elevated view of the track and a unique premium experience.
FrontRow designed the facility, the layout, décor and invitations.
The second event was an exclusive Golf Day at Royal Sydney Golf Club, one day after The Australian Open concluded.
With 80 people in attendance, FrontRow organised a Four-Ball Ambrose tournament, with the course in the exact same condition and setup as the champions played the day before. All pins remained in the same location, as did the spectator grandstands.
FrontRow organised Peter Senior as the celebrity host, who also played with each group around the course.
Guests were also treated to a tasty meal in the Clubhouse after the rounds of golf were completed.
FrontRow exceeded the goals of the brief. Cisco’s top clients felt incredibly honoured to be included in such exclusive events, and the rapport between the prospective clients and key Cisco employees strengthened significantly.
